1. Introduction
This website, https://www.enjoypolynesie.fr, is published by Enjoy Polynésie, a consulting and support service specializing in the creation of tailor-made trips in French Polynesia.

2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms under which Enjoy Polynésie provides travel planning services, exclusively in the form of consulting and personalized support, to individual clients. Any validation of a quotation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

 

3. Nature of the Services
Enjoy Polynésie notably offers:

  • Personalized consulting services (accommodation, activities, flights, logistics, practical and cultural aspects);

  • The design of tailor-made itineraries adapted to the client’s profile, preferences, and budget;

  • Personalized digital materials (PDFs, travel booklets, recommendations).

Enjoy Polynésie is not a travel agency within the meaning of the French Tourism Code and does not make any bookings on behalf of the client. The client remains the sole decision-maker and is fully responsible for purchasing services directly from third-party providers.

 

4. Quotation and Payment
Each service is subject to a personalized quotation specifying the content, price, and terms of delivery.
Written validation of the quotation constitutes an order and acceptance of these GTCS.

Payment method: bank transfer
The service begins only after full payment has been received.
An invoice is issued after payment.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes at the time of quotation validation.
They may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the client’s responsiveness, and periods of activity.
Any delay resulting from a lack of information or validation from the client shall not engage the liability of Enjoy Polynésie.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days from acceptance of the quotation to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The request must be sent by email to enjoy.polynesie@gmail.com.

If the client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the legal withdrawal period and acknowledges the loss of their right of withdrawal, no refund may be claimed once the service has started.
Any service that has begun is due in full, and no refund may be claimed, regardless of the client’s decision to interrupt the project.

 

7. Liability
Enjoy Polynésie acts exclusively as a travel planning consultant.
The liability of Enjoy Polynésie shall not be engaged in the following cases:

  • Modifications, cancellations, or incidents related to third-party providers (airlines, hotels, excursions, etc.);

  • Delays, strikes, or events beyond its control;

  • Accidents, theft, loss, or any incident occurring during the stay;

  • Force majeure events (weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

The client remains solely responsible for bookings made directly with third-party providers.

8. Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for processing requests and managing customer relations.
It is retained for a period of three (3) years, is never shared with third parties, and may be deleted upon simple request sent to enjoy.polynesie@gmail.com.

 

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided (texts, documents, PDFs, visuals) is protected by copyright law.
Any reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

 

10. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action. In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.
